Sheridan’s On The Docks Launch Pre-Theatre Menu

Sheridan’s on the Docks is delighted to launch their Pre-Theatre / Early Supper Menu. The menu will be available from 6pm- 7pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and is priced at only €25 per person for a full three course meal. Situated on the waterfront, above the Sheridan’s On The Docks pub and winebar, at the corner of the Galway docks, this renowned restaurant has both views and food to seduce and entice.

Serving modern Irish food, the main focus in the restaurant is on seasonality and quality local produce. The Pre-Theatre Menu delights with choices such as Soused Mackerel with Pickled Cucumber and Beetroot, Rabbit Rillette with Herb Toasts and Pickles & Piccalilli….and that’s just to start! Main course choices include Goats Cheese Croquette with Pumpkin, Chard & Potato Gratin and Pork Fillet & Belly with Apple, Rosehip, Leeks & Landcress. To finish, be tempted with variety of desserts such as Dark chocolate & Brandy Cake or enjoy a famous Sheridan’s cheese plate of fine artisan cheeses.
